This residential BNY Arch project is located in Southpeak, Filinivest; at a slightly higher altitude than your typical site. The site has cooler weather making the design intent lean to more openings and play of airflow for optimal passive cooling to reduce the electrical consumption for artificial cooling. Even the gate is made of perforated steel offering enough airflow, slight privacy, and modern aesthetics.

The entrance is covered with breeze blocks for that "Instagrammable" feels offering that play of shadows for that sun-kissed shadow effect!
