About Us
BNY Arch is a team of architect and designer led by Ar. Ben Nichol Ybañez. Based in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines, where we offer architectural planning and design services that focus on FIRMITAS - UTILITAS - VENUSTAS (Durability - Utility - Beauty). Our design approach is to use Sustainability not only to reduce the operational and maintenance cost of the owners but also to reduce the environmental impact of our future structure.

Arch. Ben Nichol Ybañez
Founder and Principal Architect
Arch. Ben Nichol Ybañez is the founder of BNY Arch. (came from the acronym of his name). He is a graduate of De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde and a member of United Architects of the Philippines Manila - Taft chapter.
Celina Ann Manalaysay
Visual Designer
Celina Ann Manalaysay is also an Architecture graduate of De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde. She is the visual designer lead for digital design and marketing.
